Responsibility and Main Duty:1.General Roles1.1Gulf Cooperation Council countries marketing, tendering, contract management, and on-going project management.1.2Set up Middle East regional office, specify the each departments and their responsibility and recruit staffs.1.3Responsible for tendering in Qatar, in charge of and participate in railway, infrastructure, building, port etc. projects’ tendering, determination of tender price, preparation commercial proposal, participate technical proposal.1.4Responsible for marketing in Iran, tracking of large project, familiar with EPC + F project.1.5Responsible for Kaharamaa Awareness Park project, as Chinese project manager, in charge of subcontractors inquires, negotiation and select the proper subcontractors and participate the project management. 1.6Analysis subcontractor’s claim, and prepare and review the claim report for clients.
