CSU Field Planner – Australia Pacific LNG

Project –          Australia Pacific LNG Project, Curtis Island, Queensland, Australia

Green field LNG project with 2 trains of liquefaction facilities, 2 LNG storage tanks, marine jetty and associated OSBL facilities. With the first two gas production trains processing capacity up to 9 million tons per annum.

Client –            Conoco Phillips

Duties and Responsibilities –

  • eveloped and reviewed with team Level-3 integrated Start-up schedule, with inter system dependencies and priorities.
  • Developed individual detail Level-5 subject schedules for
    • Substations energization,
    • Commissioning of 7 GTGs,
    • Instrument Loop check,
    • Compressor Mechanical Runs,
    • Piping Air Blows and restoration
    • Ready for Start-up
    • 1st LNG Cargo.
  • Quantify Start-up commodities, manpower and developed progress earning method calculation for measurement and reporting.
  • Discussion with client and higher management for schedule risk analysis, critical path analysis and developing mitigation plan.
  • Prepared and presented reports for management review meetings and weekly department meetings.
  • Dash Boards to reflect the status of projects including monthly, weekly reports,
  • CSU QURR, progress S-curves and performance reports..
