Planner Network Rail -Thameslink (Outer Areas) July 2007 to March 2008 (Planning software P6)

Thameslink project – working to deliver additional capacity on Key routes within the south east specifically planning platform extensions at more than 20 stations between central London and Bedford.

Building of project plan, baseline of project updating & scheduling of plan each period.

Cost and Resource loading of plans in line with current Budget management plan & current authority.

Detailed review of slippage, resource, cost, against period data and baseline.

Completion of Program manager’s period report detailing cost of  work done (COWD), cost forecasting including AFC, risk and resource, and issues.

Liaise with Commercial Manager to ensure contracts are let in line with planned dates and within cost forecast What-if scenarios & Recovery planning providing details of any actions need to recover slippage to programme.

Periodic detailed programme review (Cost date, programme, risk, issue) with Project Manager & Project Director.

Project scope covers Civils, Signalling, Design, Environmental, Approvals, and Handback
