Main responsibility Execution of all construction activities Structural, Interior works as per drawing and as per schedule.

Checking of Layouts of footings, Reinforcement, form work supporting’s as per Drawings, Requirements.

Execution of all concrete works like footings, columns, RC walls, beams, slabs, staircases, Water tanks, plant rooms, Lift shafts etc.

Checking of Room layouts to give clearance to construction Block work, Brick works, all masonry works as per drawings.

Execution the works like IPS Flooring, Granite flooring, false ceiling, painting works, Anti-termite, water proofing works, Structural Glazing etc.

 Regular checking’s in Contractor works as per Standards and Procedures.

 Managing the Quality and Progress at works.

 Preparation of Daily progress Report and submitting to Reporting Manager, Planning Department.

 Attending of Weekly, Monthly Review Meetings.

 Recording of all site Changes communicating to consultants.

 Communicate and interact effectively with architects, consultants, and contractors.

 Certification of Contractors bills.

 Coordinating with MEP & IT departments in works.

 Keeping records of all project drawings, Site changes, certification bills etc.

 Following and instructing to Safety Precautions at work.
