Project Planning Engineer, ORIENTALS ENTERPRISE WLL, Clubhouse, CONSTRUCTION OF 4 WORKSHOPS, FIRE STATION AT HALUL ISLAND

·         Review project work scope, contract milestones and project requirements incorporating all to the project baseline.

 

·         Develop the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) using Primavera P3, and work with the project team in finalizing the WBS for progress measurement, monitoring, and project control.

 

·         Prepare, manage and evaluate overall master schedule integrating WBS using Primavera P6.

 

·         Coordinate schedule from other disciplines, including subcontractors, and incorporate data gathered into the overall project Master Schedule.

 

·         Develop and evaluate allocation of resources and provide recommendations to maintain required progress or recover delays.

 

·         Perform site visits to evaluate actual conditions at site and verify percentage progress reports by the project team.

 

·         Analyze variances between the planned and actual progress and highlight the areas of concern which require attention of the relevant PMT personnel.

 

·         Prepare and update two weeks/one month look-ahead schedule as per the project’s requirement and highlight potential delays to optimize resources at hand.

·         Evaluate Subcontractor’s claims against the actual progress and overall invoice claims by the company.

 

·         Review the tag number application and Spare Parts Interchangeability Record.

 

·         Prepare the Asset Capitalization Schedule for the closeout report.

 

·         Prepare and file monthly progress invoices for all ongoing projects.
