State of the art hospital in Perth for children, 298 bed capacity and comprising 5 to 8 floors of three building blocks with overall floor area of 120,000 sqm, cost AUD 1.2 billion. John Holland was the Managing Contractor for the Design & Build contract. Key responsibilities on the project are below.

  • ·         Development and monitoring of Contract and Execution programmes
  • ·         Working closely with the Design team and assisting in timely delivery of design packages
  • ·         Regular monitoring of planned activities, critical path analysis and progress reporting
  • ·         Leading a team of planners on the project, assigning duties, verification of their works and mentoring
  • ·         Production of site programmes, monitoring and recommendations for project managers
  • ·         Technical evaluation of contractors & sub-contractors programmes
  • ·         Implementation of control tools and performance reporting of consultants and contractors performances
  • ·         Review and analysis of consultants and contractors delay claims

·         Setting up productivity benchmarks and subsequent resources allocation and levelling to the programme activities, performance review and forecast
