Working as Lead Planner on a 2500MT Wellhead Production Platform Fabrication Project including offshore installation and HUC. Involved in the project from tender stage, currently in steel fabrication phase. Responsible to monitor, update, analyze and report project progress and forecasts to client, top and project management using fully resource loaded schedules created in Primavera P6 and various analyzing tools such as critical path method, milestone trend analysis, s-curves, KPI's and productivity reports. Manpower planning for recruitment and execution of the project and forcasting. Preparation of weekly and monthly project progress reports. Preparation of specific schedules for engineering, procurement, construction (civil, mechanical and electrical) and testing and pre-commissioning, offshore T&I and HUC. Coordinate construction activities; evaluate project progress. Identify potential project delays and risks as well as opportunities; establish mitigation measures and corrective actions. Analyze project schedule variances for claim management, contract management and variation / change order preparation and tracking. Site project progress documentation. Completed Projects are Yolla MLE Platform Extension Project, PNG LNG Jetty Pipe Rack Fabrication and Topside Fit-Out Project, PNG LNG Dolphin Platform Fabrication and Assembly Project, Allseas Pipeline Heads Fabrication Project, CIMECO Golden Hope Downs 4 Facility Structure Fabrication Project. Responsibilities as Lead Planner also include preparation of resource loaded tender schedules including s-curves, manpower histograms and stream lining of Clough planning department activities, assist develop progress measurement database for structure, piping, mechanical and E&I activities.
