During this work tenue, main responsibilities and accountabilities were-

·   Studied bid documents; pre-bid site visits and prepared reports illustrating the techno commercial aspects of the bid, framed out technical and commercial clauses that need to be considered for accurate cost estimation, bid risk review presentations

·   Spearheaded the development of integrated tender schedule using Primavera (P3.1/ P6); produced suite of histograms

·   Developed tender BOQ (Civil Works); verified other BOQ and technical specification prepared by pre-bid Engineering Consultant

·   Finalised the Capital Resources requirement (P&M) for tender; estimated resource productivity based upon site conditions, computation of total man hour and machinery deployment scheduled to execute the work within the stipulated time

·   Liaised with key supply chain partners to optimize procurement solution, obtained delivery time ‘buy in’ with vendors to produce logical programme reflecting agreed supply chain arrangements collaborated with design, procurement, manufacture and installation.

·   Reviewed technical and commercial proposals received from vendors and subcontractors; prepared ‘Bid Comparative Statement’ for assorted wok items, attended pre-bid negotiation meetings to decide on the best techno-commercial proposal

·   Played key role as ‘Project Coordinator’ part of Head Office Project Support team to deal with post contract price negotiation, mobilized several specialized subcontractors/vendor for EPIC Project in Ras Laffan - Gas Supply to Station V to Facility C for Qatar Petroleum (QP); scope includes construction and installation of 26 KM-36” pipeline with station facilities and equipment installation.

·   Reviewed project Baseline Schedule and was instrumental in resolving various baseline programme related issues; established the project reporting system aligned to contractual requirements, prepared project costing budget and implemented Job Cost Report.
