Manage Project Managers and developments within budget, on programme and with good quality and ensure compliance with all statutory, building regulations and procurement guidelines.

Report to directors in South Africa on all projects in Ghana.

Analyse and manage new development opportunities to maximise the returns for the company and unlock the value of vacant land and bulk in hand.

Value engineering of developments or redevelopments concepts and refinement to ensure future proofing of the investment.

Build strong client relationships and formulate strategic / alliances and pursue key accounts management and turnkey developments.

Assessment of the existing portfolio and identification and implementation of refurbishment and development opportunities.

Implement best practices in relation to the appointment of professional teams / contractors and keep abreast of the market trends and best practices.

Manage and direct the development team to ensure that the development process complies with the company’s’ requirements and improve development synergies between regions and sectors.

Networking with customers, brokers, designers, architects, engineers, quantity surveyors, contractors, suppliers and industry specialists.

Engage in business development by identifying and securing new development opportunities in existing market trends, but also opening up opportunities in niche markets and predicted future trends

Manage, review, facilitate and co-ordinate the project designs, costing, feasibilities and funding.

Ensuring a seamless and detailed integration of the dedicated project manager function

Monitoring the project implementation throughout to ensure that the desired and contracted end product gets delivered to the shareholders and tenants as per the approved development plan.
