Part of the Project control Staff in charge different projects, create and integrate the schedule with different contractors schedules, include  critical path analysis, prepare the weekly up-date and reports for the CM, actualized the curve  and forecast the men power, loaded the resources and create histograms, and curves. In charge of creating the system schedule (turnover schedule) Workedclosely with the Project Manager, owners, engineers and superintendents, reviewing drawings and specifications, and analyzing potential EOT’s(delays). Participated and led project meetings including turnovers & system procedures, working with all subcontractor’s schedules and analyzing potentials delays and recovery plans.
