Lead a staff who are qualified to analyze, evaluate, forecast, and report projects schedule status against an established baseline. Responsible for Planning, Monitoring & Control of following projects:

1- Alshaqab Equestrian Academy which includes (an Olympic-standard indoor arena with adjoining outdoor arena, a clubhouse and stables) Completed & Handed Over

2- Two Central Utility Plants. Completed & Handed Over to Client

3- Underground Utility Service Tunnels. Completed & in Hand Over Process

4- Male & Female Student Housing Complex Completed & Handed Over to Client

5- Infra-Structure Projects around Education City. Completed & Handed Over

Mainly responsible for assessment and validation of the Contractor’s delay Claims/EOT applications forensic investigations using Windows & Time impact analysis and recommendation reports to Client. Represent KEO in dialogues with the Client(s) and the Contractors in order to resolve the claims and to reach a mutually agreeable date / costs. Support Contracts department on change orders analysis and their impact on ongoing project. Identification of risk factors, defining ranking and monitoring of risks and their impacts on project completion and coordinate with stakeholders for their timely mitigation actions to avoid any possible delays. Review and recommendation of Level-1 & Level-3 contract schedules with well-defined tasks, milestones, client sign-offs, which served to communicate project progress to management. Monitoring of projects using EVMS reports with aim that projects are complete within allocated time and cost.
