1.       Take part with the Planning & Project Controls functional head and the regional managers in shaping the function strategies and initiative.

2.       Accountable for setting up, implementing, and maintaining the Project Controls system and procedures for the Hub including standard work breakdown structure, labour productivity monitoring and analysis systems, earned value, labour cost forecasting, change management, reporting systems and implementation and management of related information systems (P6, PRISM, PRA, e-Induct)

3.       Collate, analysis and issue projects’ progress and performance consolidated enterprise reports

4.       Perform planning & project controls audits and peer reviews across the Hub

5.       Functional staff development and training programmes
