1.       Started on this project from the bid phase to date. Developed, implemented and staffed the project controls strategy and systems and process on this mega programme

2.       Leading a team of 8 cost engineers, change manager and systems integration engineer

3.       Accountable for developing, implementing and managing the Project Controls systems and procedures for the programme including definition of the work breakdown structure, budget and contingency management, cost management, change management, design, procurement and construction progress measurement and analysis, risk management, earned value analysis, real-time reporting and business systems integration

4.       Project information collate, analyse, recommend and report to the management

5.       Liaison with the Client in terms of management analysis and strategic reports

6.       Perform project controls audits and peer reviews

7.       Taking part in shaping the function’s strategies and initiative with the Head of Program Controls

8.       Functional staff development and training management
