Pre-site initial baseline production & full live project contract planning works for an 800MW 12 Gas Turbine, 12 OTSG & 2 Steam Turbine power plant construction in the middle east. Undertaking all associated schedule, cost & resource requirements & project controls as per clients & contract requirements on a major construction project.

Produced level 1, 2, 3 & 4 procurement, construction, civils’ & commissioning schedule for submission & sign off from client, including all associated resource & cost loading which was accepted as the contract baseline. 

Setup from scratch all project control & progress measurement tools for the project, including the master progress measurement tool to enable accurate weekly earned value reporting across the whole project.

Undertook  the full range of duties associated with day to day project planning on a large scale power project across all levels of the main schedule, including FEED. Schedule updates, weekly, monthly & quarterly reports, weekly earned value, weekly/monthly sub-contractor schedule management, S curves, commodity curves, resource histograms, daily, weekly & monthly progress reporting, weekly management dashboard & weekly client presentation.

All associated large project day to day cost, resource & schedule management works (logic, durations, progress, what-if's, EOT’s, Claims, ICR’s, updates, sub-contractors schedule inclusion).
