• Reported programme status for stations in the East of London to the Senior Management team outlining key issues, maintaining a strict focus on delivery.
• Managed a team of sixteen planners, meeting periodically to get an understanding of the key issues and mitigation measures taking place on the projects.
• Working with QS fully cost loaded programmes to activity level to ensure accurate EV data.
• Produced recovery programmes to minimise slippage of station projects.
• Reported Project Progress and Earned Value data to LUL and Metronet Rail.
• Created construction programme for Mile End Station Modernisation project integrating a large number of subcontractor plans.
• Shadowed less experienced planners to ensure that contractor programmes showing slippage were recorded against the baseline and reason agreed with sub contractor to minimise EOT claims.
