·   Ensures compliance with the contract documents.

·   Support project managers with contract compliance

·   Prepare Change Evaluation Form for variation orders.

·   Follow up Engineering Instructions & Request for Information with

the technical office to ensure if there is any Potential variation

·   Prepare Purchase Order Conditions.

·   Prepare Monthly Payment according to the approved IR’s & MIR’s

·   Prepare Sub-Contractor Agreements.

·   Prepare Sub-Contractor Payments.

·   Prepare Instruction for variations for Sub-Contractor.

Control & Planning Role:

·   Prepare a revised Time schedule for MEP scope of work with interface of the Civil

& Architectural Package.

·   Time schedule Cost loading with the B.O.Q Prices (Selling Prices).

·   Generate S-Curve.

·    Monitors project status to ensure progress toward completion.

·   Prepare status reports for Top Management Meetings.

·   Prepare a weekly presentation of the accomplished works.

·   Attend planning Meetings with the Consultant & Owner.

·   Prepare Notice for Extension Of Time.

·   Prepare and update the project Cash flow.
