·   Coach and Monitor less experienced staff.

·   Issue progress, Status reports and weekly reports.

·   Direct and share management for Progress meetings with the client.

·   Provide Claims for Extension of time.

·   Prepare the Monthly Interim Payment Certificate.

·   Provide Variation Orders & Contract Change Orders.
