June, 2005 - Home Office - I commenced working full time for Bouygues (UK) Ltd on the Home Office project in Westminster, London which was a PFI project. The project consisted of the demolition of the existing tower blocks and the construction of three new integrated office blocks. The project also included the construction of three residential apartment blocks on the same site. On this project I carried out weekly and monthly progress reports, area programmes, completion programmes, labour returns, productivity, critical path analysis and earned value analysis.
- BECAD North Middlesex Hospital - Once I completed the Home Office project and transferred to the BECD North Middlesex Hospital. I arrived on the project during the construction of the structure. I produced a pre-construction and construction programme detailing and coordinating the façade works, services installations and architectural fit out.
- Barking Schools - I was also carrying out progress monitoring and re-programming of two schools in Barking whilst still working on the Home Office. I carried out the progress reporting for the education board.
