Generate required procdures for project controls and project reporting procedure per client standard requirements

Review contract and bids documents, project scpecifications

Review EPC scehdule and dcouments submission relating to project controls and scheduling

Baseline schedule development and approved work breakdown structures

Establishe progress reporting formats and progress calculations, monthly reporting requitements and control coordination procdures.

Review level 3 and level 4 schedules and organized schedule review and workship with client and EPC contractor

Review and analysis of master L3 forecasr schedule against agreed baseline

Prepare monthly progress report to client

Generate graphical reports and progress profiles to client based on EPC contract performance

Conduct weekly progress meeting and project control with EPC

Monthly presentation of project progress to client
