Line management responsibility for five staff
Upskill and increase professionalism of planning department
Introduce planning methodologies and systems to increase planning department’s offer to internal clients
Manage tender planning through bid planning process
Manage capacity planning analysis including bid forecasting work
Design, structure and produce a planning department SOP, and design an internal route to competence through this
Introduce EVM concepts and schedule requirements and develop EV roll out for business
Control schedule cost matrix
Introduce and implement schedule risk management strategy
Design and implement new solutions to streamline planning processes and reaction time
Be recognized as the business technical expert on all planning issues – both internally & externally
Drive best practice globally across OUS sites
Analysis of interface programmes; across sites & sub-contactors
Introduce and lead consistent project controls and risk methodologies to ensure that robust accurate programming is core to day to day business operations
Develop process for creation of detail planning function and interaction with project planning
