- Seconded to ExxonMobil Chemicals Asia as Construction Planning Coordinator for the Polymers construction green field site.
- Responsible for the coordination/planning between the field engineers, construction coordinators and EPC’s (MES, MHI & FWP) of interface issues outside battery limits covering, Heavy Lifts, Abnormal Load movements, Logistic plans for site and two jetty’s and an Integrated rolling 90 Day Interface plan.
- Chair co-ordination meetings between construction management of joint venture partners Foster Wheeler and Worley Parsons for the self- perform work and ExxonMobil project team.
- Focal point for all road closures, restrictions that could result in any PCR being issued.
- Develop level 4 schedules for specific operations within project schedule for group presentations and operational awareness.

- Ensure Execution Systems are in place and working effectively.
- Provide interpretation of Job Specifications and Coordination Procedures - recommend improvements where needed.
- Monitor and support EPC activities and performance
- Coordinate and schedule required Project reviews
- Management of Change – Clear understanding of MOC requirements and implications.
- Support /cooperate with Technical Manager for Specialist Support (NPQC, Process Design FU,etc)
