Responsibilities:

• I have worked with DESCON Engineering in the positions of Planning & Scheduling Engineer, Lead Planning Engineer and Project Engineer and Planning Coordinator at different projects and locations
• Developing, reviewing and updating the daily/weekly/monthly plans for scheduled project activities
• Responsible for implementation and maintenance of project planning and control procedures
• Prepare and monitor the overall integrated Level-IV Plans using the Primavera Project Planner (P3)
• Maintain accurate schedule and control curves in an updated condition. Analyze schedule trends and produce regular forecasts of schedule performance and issues for project review
• Responsible for cost control measures by optimum utilization of resources & eliminating re-work, idling of manpower and equipment, wastage of material and consumables, etc
• Ensure that all sub-contracted works are carried out strictly in accordance with sub-contract terms & conditions
• Preparation of resources such as manpower, equipments, tools and plants as per plan and assure timely availability
• Site checks and verification of engineering data, in liaison with the discipline engineers and supervisors
• Assess resource requirement and produce integrated mobilization / demobilization plans
• Preparation of invoices, change order and extra work claims for Civil, Mechanical, E&I works
• Preparation of control and monitoring sheets and prepare job packages for the execution team
• Verification of BOM from drawings, P & ID’s, Spare Parts Lists and Data Sheets
• Identifying and managing material requirements for coming shutdowns e.g. gaskets, spare parts and LLI
• Maintaining equipments history, reporting and relevant documentation using MAXIMO
• Prepare improvement plans for future shutdowns and review lesson learned during the execution of work
• Worked as a Lead Planning Engineer for GASCO Shutdown Core Team
