Summary of my responsibilities are:

·       Create tender programmes that are compliant with tender figures, design (where appropriate) and methodology.

·       Construct and manage detailed planning schedules utilizing Primavera P6 software, that represent activities required to successfully complete all project deliverables as contained in the Subsea Production Systems (SPS) project Scope of Work;

·       Provide guidance to project team and vendors/sub-contractors to ensure timely and effective implementation of schedule optimization strategies in projects when required;

·       Provide schedule input for Project Execution Module (PEM) gate reviews;

·       Undertake planning and resource loading of assigned work scope(s), giving proactive, effective advice on the feasibility of plans, the impact of any changes and any required mitigating actions;

·       Create action plans to deal with any schedule optimization issues and gaps identified;

·       Undertake continuous monitoring and implementation of schedule optimization strategies on projects alongside the integration of schedule optimization strategies into the overall Project Execution Plans;

·       Undertake periodic review of project’s Engineering Top Assembly Bill of Material (BOM) with scope of work in Baseline schedule to ensure that there is no scope creep;

·       Assessing risk to delivery of schedules, recommending risk reducing actions where required to gain better confidence of On Time Delivery (OTD);

·       Identify schedule optimization opportunities by taking part in the review of project engineering design documents and specifications while ensuring that engineering documents information within SAP are aligned with Primavera plan and are correctly linked to correct networks to facilitate earned value measurement and reporting
