  • Control, Co-Ordinate and Update the Planning of the Portfolios in the Structures Partnership / Framework.
  • Ensuring a coherent detailed Programme is available for every Project/Scheme.
  • Monitoring the achievements to the Programme and driving the future key dates.
  • Recording of information for actual achievements.
  • Produce all necessary Management Reports for consideration and review.
  • The upkeep of milestone production figures and progress curves.
  • Control and Monitoring of the Milestone Change requests to the client.
  • The recording and instigation of all client changes into the Partnership / Framework.
  • Ensuring the Stage Gate Reviews is approved before proceeding with the process.
  • Instigating, Updating and Reviewing Site Programmes.
  • Monitor utilisation of Resources against Programmes, in liaison with Site Planning and Operations Staff.
  • Ensure all the necessary information is readily available for Management analysis.
  • Develop new and improved methods of working within the Planning Department.
  • Take control of the Planning Department should it be necessary.
  • Responsible for operating within the practice and procedures of the Quality System.
  • Interface with clients as and when required.
  • Understanding of the Design & Procurement processes.
