  • Prepares plans, schedules & administers Signalling, Electrical, Civil, Track, OHW, Buildings & Mechanical engineering projects across multiple projects / programs of works.
  • Contributes into the Development and Implementation of planning and controls management strategy including management plans, planning tools, systems, processes and other documentation to support Project Controls / PMO and Alliance.
  • Responsible for making sure that the Scope of Works are covered in the Project Schedule.
  • Perform all Schedule changes in line with the Change Management Procedures.
  • Assist in Resource forecasting analysis.
  • Develops and maintains a close working relationship with a diverse group of stakeholders.
  • Monitors and analyses Key Performance Indicators for Projects.
  • Responsible for the overall quality and delivery of project and program schedules.
  • Contributes to the planning & controls management function & systems, driving improvement.
  • Supporting the Program Directors in their roles in delivering sub programs.
  • Provides the Project Managers with project schedules, reports, dashboard reporting across the various phases of the project.
  • Providing the PMO with earned value analysis of project, performance including cost loading.
  • Undertakes Critical Path Analysis at the project level.
  • Responsible for detail project planning as required by the Project Managers.
  • Assist the Quality Manager with Project Hand back Strategy Planning.
  • Develop Control, Co-Ordinate & Update 48 to 120 hour Possession / Shutdown Schedules.
  • Look at various scenarios / opportunities to accelerate the overall Schedule.
  • Assist in the development of Staging Diagrams.
  • Do various quality checks on Sub-Contractor Schedules.
  • Identify any innovation or initiatives that would benefit the project in cost, time or process.
  • Undertake / participate in safety inspections.
  • Training of Construction Managers & Senior Engineers on all aspects of Planning & Software.
