- Monitoring of the project master and short term programs (weekly, monthly) Preparation
- Preparation and issue of necessary reports to Head Office and/or Engineer / Employer in conjunction with the relevant staff
- Submission, follow-up and updatingof the project detailed construction program, materials procurement, shop drawings and labor.
- Coordination people and other resources, to carry out the project plans and produce the products and deliverables the project.
- Management of all works and coordinates with client’s representative regarding problems that arise during the course of construction.
- Process of Project Management, Monitor and control need to accomplish the project on time.
- Preparing of Shop drawings and materials submittal, quality checks on incoming material, conducting quality field tests on all incoming materials.
- Responsible for all quality control works aspect of the whole project to develop project team
- Management of all contractual matters relating to the project across all involved parties
- Manage project close out documents and follow up interim and final payments for all the contractors.
