-  Responsible to provide planning function in the North region of Galliford Try infrastructure and was looking after projects of approximately £40m including urban regenerations, soil remediation, wind farms, footbridge, and flood defense.

- Development of project plans in line with WBS required by the client and to maintain & update project plans according to contract requirements. [Includes NEC3, ICE and FIDIC Redbook] while using Primavera P6 and Microsoft project.

- Resource loading programs for labor & plant control and monitoring against agreed baseline.

- To carry out compensation events & recovery programs and progress reporting internal and external clients on the relevant projects.

- Attending client meetings to help resolve project progress and time related issues.

- Helping Cost Engineers on delay claims to develop delay claim programs.
