Involved in various correlated works, covering almost type of civil construction faculty such as Infrastructure, Multistoried High-rise Towers, Luxury Villas, Hospitals, Hotels of high scale of interior / exterior finishes with sophisticated design and execution.

Construction of Power stations, Transformers control towers, Pump stations.

Airport works such as construction of control tower etc., Electrically operated hanger doors.

Construction of irrigation networks soft/hard landscaping works in specific reference to cornice and domestic landscape works, water features etc.

Construction / installation of potable water lines, rehabilitation of existing lines by relining, downsizing, Upsizing pipes, Jacking, Trust boring in which specialized construction techniques are involved.

Experience in construction & Supervision of tiled/asphalt roads, traffic signal and inter changes.

Responsibilities:

§   Project planning, Scheduling and preparing Labour forecast, Cash flow, KPI & Performance monitoring.

§   Analyze cost trends with actual, Projected against planned (in & out) and highlight any potential or fiscal problem and recommendation of corrective action to project management team.

§   Preparing Delay Assessment, Extension of time, Accelerations Claims as per FEDIC and conditions of contract.

§   Progress tracking/monitoring/updating & reporting.

§   To liaise and co-ordinate with consultants, client requirements.

§   Preparation of tender programme & method of statement, QA/QC Documents.

§   Production of construction programme & manpower resources.

§   Having experience in construction chemicals, Concrete repair works.

§   Preparations of method statements, material submittals and approvals.

§   Inspections and Quality checking along with the consultants.

§   Preparations of S-curves and histograms.

§   Preparations of Inspection & Test Plan – Civil Works

§   Prepared material schedule and cash-flow graph.

§   Responsible for the Document control system.
