Quality Assurance Manager

Employed as Quality Assurance Manager and the principle duties were to establish the policy and standard operating procedures for this project, to manage the project quality department and to establish and provide training to all project workforce in the Clean Construction Protocol. The scope of the procedures covered the project design, procurement, construction and commissioning activities.

Seconded from the Kuching office to assist in the Pre-Construction activities for this project. The principle duties involved the management of the procurement for all Building and Services Works Contracts under the JCT Management Contract Form and providing advice and guidance on the form of contract and specification standards required to establish the Project Organisation and Co-ordination Procedures.
