• Responsible for issuing company’s programs; tender, contractual and baselines.
• Review updated time schedule, mitigation plans and revised time schedules.
• Man-power, material, equipment and sub-contractors; calculation, leveling and crashing.
• Prepare and update of financial Curves; Cash Flow, Cash In and Cash Out.
• Review and submit “planning monthly report”.
• Assist and prepare of delay analysis and claims.
• Preparation of risk registers on monthly basis.
• Prepare of method of construction, construction method narrative and required presentation.
• Attend tender, negotiation, Kick-off and progress meetings.
• Responsible for Primavera administration.
• Member of the business development community.
• Administration responsibilities regarding planning team; Interviews, training plans, vacations and others.
