Quality Planning Solutions, LLC (QPS) – President

QPS was a wholly owned subsidiary of Turner Construction Company, providing scheduling and claims support internally to Turner as well as to the outside scheduling industry.

I managed a group of as many as 23 scheduling engineers and claims specialists. The staff was spread out throughout the east coast of the US with the highest concentration of staff in the Washington, DC region.
