• Heading up the Planning and Project Control functions for ‘BSRP’ – Barrow Strategic Redevelopment Programme, £350M Capital Investment.

• Achieved a comprehensive project controls/planning data management system by developing and successfully introducing a process and suite of software tools, principles and procedures. The system has been designed to interface with planning, timesheet, cost control and reporting functions within the business. It addresses the existing tools and their limitations and where required provides integrity and assurance around data manipulation.

• Developed a ‘method of working’ within the design teams to allow full EV analysis of all projects. This approach has been presented and delivered to the client – BAE and has full endorsement for the programme of works.

• Created a very close working relationship with the client – BAE, and where necessary guided and educated the client project controls team in meeting their expectations.

• Software Used: Primavera Project Manager P8.1, Microsoft Project 2007, EA (Enterprise Advantage), CEMAR (NEC management tool)
