Working as Planning/Scheduling Engineer my responsibilities include planning tasks being in Core planning team. Planning tasks include development of project management plan, identification of scope of work, creating resource loaded schedule incorporation cost and cost accounts, project plan documentation and reporting, resource mobilization plan, monitoring & controlling Baseline schedule. Earned Value Analysis (EVA) of man-hours, S-curves updating on daily basis and tracking actual were main responsibilities during project execution phase.
