Review and approve payment status of contractors (construction and services), as well as elaboration of payment status of the company and review with client.
Elaborate master plan (base line) of the project, detailing activities up to level 4 of the work breakdown structure.
Elaborate project control sheets and mile markers for the progress measurement of the project.
Project control using daily, weekly and monthly reports.
Update project schedule previously approved by the owner. Schedule on MS Project.
Elaborate critical path analysis of the project; elaborate floats analysis; evaluate impacts and delays of the project; re-schedule activities of the project.
Elaborate monthly results of the project for the core group of the company.
