Provided day to day project controls support and reporting to successfully provide for California’s transportation future. Provide and implement an integrated system of project controls and reports to manage the $63.4 billion dollar program using a variety of tools including MS SharePoint, Oracle Primavera P6, Oracle Primavera CM 14 and Arc GIS.
