- Preparation of various Procedures related to Planning , Cost Control, Invoicing, and Project Management
- Preparation of Project Master Schedules.
- Preparation and update of Work Program & Budget, CAPEX and AFEs.
- Implementation of Project Cost Control System.
- Implementation of Project Control and Monitoring system based on Earned Value Analyze method
- Project schedule monitoring and analysis for weekly progress review meeting.
- Preparation of Project Risk Management Plan and Project Risk Register.
- Implementation of Tenders Tracking System and coordination with supply chain department.
- Implementation of Invoice Checking and Payment System for subcontractors and vendors invoices.
- Implementation of Document Checking System for engineering consultant, subcontractors and vendors documents
- Preparation of vendors reporting procedure
- Coordination with subcontractors, vendors and engineering consultant
