Integrated Project Planning Lead – Australia and Pacific Asia

  • Change Management, Change Acceleration and Leadership Development systems implementation as Global Project Planning & Controls CoE (Centre of Excellence).
  • GE Oil & Gas ‘Simplification’ programme across all Subsea & Offshore projects.
  • Integration of the Subsea and Offshore project planning initiatives into all multi-product and single product projects within the region using Primavera P6.8 – primarily aligned to the Gorgon & Julimar projects, in excess of AUD$4bn.
  • Effective project measurement & management systems, inc. EVM, +/- TF, ARM Risk & Opportunity management.
  • Development of the Operational Project Planning and Control guidelines, processes and principles including operating rhythm, baseline, re-baseline management, change management systems, cross functional planning, interfaces through all phases (Engineering and Design, Procurement and Sourcing, Manufacturing, Testing and Close-Out) – the ‘how we plan our projects’.
  • Develop methods of accurate slotting process measurement, OTD reporting, CPM analysis and standardised reporting
  • Reporting to Executive/Director level
  • Training & mentoring Global Planning Teams on new systems and methodologies.
  • Sporadic Review & monitor of all project schedules for compliance & accuracy.
