January, 2016 - Preparation of fully resource and expense loaded Baseline Construction programme in Primavera R8.2.
- Updating and progress tracking of Baseline schedule, report preparation including for Monthly progress reviews includes preparation of S-curves (Physical), progress summary, Look ahead plan, productivity reports.
- Preparation of KPI dashboards for progress measurement.
- Formation on EPC related SPIs and S-curves and forecasting the risks.
- Preparation of Delay tables, Productivity reports for all skilled categories for performance monitoring and to ensure right person is deployed at right job at right time.
- Listing Pending deliverables and coordination with Consultant.
- Interface leader for MEP & civil works to avoid delays and minimize risk factor for timely completion.
- Assuring that the necessary monitoring / progress schedules and charts are prepared maintained and reported.
- Record and Notify delays and impacts, while maintaining proper records and liaise and inform commercial staff as required.
- Co-ordinate and follow up – Engineering and Procurement departments for necessary submissions.
- Reviewing and monitoring various sub-contractors performance against the schedule and communicate to them on various deliverables.
- Adhere to other responsibilities as directed by the Project Manager.
