 Development of Cost Control Strategy, detail plans and procedures, reflecting contract requirementsand internal control process. Development, coordination and implementation of project WBS & CBS with Project management,development of an appropriate control budgets in compliance with project estimate and activitybreakdown structures to implement and monitor costs within each project stage and for entire projectuntil completion Review and monitor financial data related to progress payments, accruals, invoice payments,purchase orders and material deliveries; preparation of claim and progress related payment requests;analysis of cost performance data and variances Collection and compilation of progress data, performing schedule updates in Primavera (P6) basedon inputs received, maintaining progress measurement spreadsheets in accordance with scheduleactivities and in compliance with the actual work performed, comparison analyses regarding theoriginal plan to track the deviations, delays, critical activities and milestones Development of project change management process, estimating costs of scope changes and assessimpact on total project cost.
