Project Controls Officer

This role primarily involves the production of a range of executive reports on behalf of Ian Cartwright, Capital Delivery Director.  The reports are:

1. Exec Headlines (produced monthly for Nicola Shaw, UK Executive Director)

2. Monthly Performance Report (produced monthly for Alan Foster, UK Chief Finance Officer)

3. Capital Delivery Scorecard (produced monthly, incorporated into the MPR)

4. Quarterly Performance Review (produced quarterly for Nicola Shaw, UK Executive Director)

5. Quarterly Rolling Forecast (produced quarterly, forms part of the QPR)

6. Major Projects Update (produced monthly for Ian Cartwright)

The role involves obtaining inputs from Capital Delivery Band B managers, various Senior Project Managers, collating and re-wording where required, obtain approval to re-written content, collate into the various templates provided, getting assurance checks, obtain sign off from Ian Cartwright, and submitting to their requisite deadlines in a password protected PDF format.
