MalaysiaRoles and Responsibilities as Lead Progress and Schedule (Malaysia 2015 – 2018). Assist Planning coordinator in establishing time management plan based on the construction master schedule requirements. Coordinate internally, to ensure correct preparation and presentation of all schedule/progress related documents. Define Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and ensure to meet project control requirements. Prepare schedule control/progress calculation procedures Develop the project schedules, assist functional department manager to developing detailed work plan, regularly monitor and control the schedules. Load work volume and resources for each schedule activity and prepare histograms and progress curves for project control baseline. Review and analyze the deviation between the actual progress and the schedule. Expedite and liaise with functional discipline SI and collect the required information. Forecast the impact of the deviation on other activities and overall project, and establish the countermeasure plan, and report it to the planning coordinator. Prepare periodical project status report with regard to the schedule update including update schedule presentation, critical path, milestone status, work status reports, etc., as required. Assist Planning Coordinator in organizing and leading the schedule team to properly function for the construction, provide lecture and instruction on the project requirements Liaise closely with Planning Coordinator and participate in analyzing, tracking and monitoring project schedule and create appropriate schedule analysis reportRoles and Responsibilities as Proposal Engineer (Japan Base 2013-2015) Prepares & compiles technical inquiry in Level 3 &4 arrangement prior to bidder quotations. Formation of Bidders quotations into tabulation for Price Analysis and for prospective sub-contractors & suppliers for equitability of bid Preparation of Field Cost Summary from bidders quotations  Allocating the Summary BOQ and Man-hours to Project Master Schedule for productivity and sequential analysis
