Costain-Skanska JV C405 – Crossrail Paddington StationProject Cost: £400m  Change Planner Senior Cost Planning Engineer• Duties and Responsibilities; o Updates and management of commercial activities in P6o Tracking of performance measurement o Forecasting of cost forecasts in P6o Attendance to commercial and delivery meetingso Updating and issuance of weekly and periodic variance reportso Updates to Periodic dashboard. Senior Design Planning Engineer• Duties and Responsibilities; o Generate and issue the DDCD programme – every 2 weekso Review the WSP submitted programme – monthlyo Update the CJSV programme in relation to item 2 above - monthlyo Update the GIRs in relation to the CSJV programme – weeklyo Attendance at WSP meeting – weekly o Attendance at CSJV DTM – weekly• Liaison with programme package planners and design manager for updates to the CRL P6, clause 32 – monthly• Produce report updates - weekly • Update consents section of the programme - monthly  • Daily Fourways liaison to ensure accurate update and forecast of drawing packs. This to also include progress on System wide room validation and mapping change into the Fourways deliverables making this visible. This is a daily job, very high profile as there can be no slippage going forward. This also now entails linking the DDCD’s to SRW SI’s for transparency and tracking of pack issues to SRW for implementation.• WSP programme updates and verification. I am sure Anna can add more here but this is going to be key for monitoring change into the final design.
