Project Control AnalystAchievements • Introduce and implement the use of Schedule Quality Checks using DCMA 14 point check as effective tool in evaluating schedule quality.• Introduce and implement the use BEI (Baseline Execution Index) (Current Execution Index) as a new performance measurement tool, serves as complimentary tool to Earned Value Analysis.• Duties & Responsibilitieso Translating (using Graphical Method) the period programme (P6 format) into a one-page summary using Microsoft Visio, better facilitates planning and scheduling by making it a hands-on, planning-dominated process. It allows project managers, superintendents, key subcontractors and other stakeholders to collaboratively network a project by graphically positioning activities on a time scale. It also aids Project Managers better understanding on what are the key drivers by identifying longest and sub-critical paths.o Review contractor’s programme as per the NEC guidelines.o Evaluate contractor’s compensation events (prolongation/extension) as per the NEC guidelines.o Periodic Commercial cost loading/ programme updating in LU summary programme.o Assist in reviewing Project Control Documents from TfL PMO to promote best practice in Planning and Scheduling.o Assist in the development of quality and assurance process by mapping them through Microsoft Visio.o Provide training for LU graduate /apprentice staff in the basics of Planning & Scheduling using P6.
