• Work with all relevant project personnel to ensure that cost control procedures are in place. • Reviewing cost commitment and expenditure information for all cost elements, for input to IFS and reporting system on a consistent basis to ensure that all information received are accurate. • Producing regular cost reports and advising management of any cost overruns against budget activities as soon as possible to allow corrective actions to be taken in a timely manner. • Liaising with the finance department with regards to establishing evaluation of budget, revenue and other cost related matters • Prepare monthly reports showing the financial status of all projects, as well at any time if requested by the Executive Manager. • Supervise project cost budget development, monitoring and forecasting. • Create comparison sheet for all new rewarded Projects between the Pricing Summary issued by Estimation department and the issued Budget by Project Manager to show the variances and its amounts for all categories. • Identify areas of budget concern and potential impact on project financial performance. • Generate and update “Actual Cost Vs Budget “report for each Project to be submitted to all Project Managers with my comments so they can revise the Budget to avoid exceeding the Estimated Cost.
