Role as a Performance Excellence / lean practitioner working on a change management programme in deploying a lean, performance focussed culture to teams within the Project Controls department. This included leading a number of process improvements, coaching employees anad managers on performance and facilitating problem solving sessions.

1) Lead process improvements in reducing reporting cycle times between the Planning teams and improving change implementation lead times for Cost Engineers

2) Supported a Capital Delivery wide process improvement on Project Review meetings

3) Trained over 50 people on Performance Excellence modules
