Responsibilities maintaining and updating project schedules, progress curves, man-hours expenditure and performance analysis curves. Coordinating the function of progress reporting with discipline lead engineers to ensure timely transfer of progress information and monitoring project progress & Milestones and analyzing causes of deviation from schedules (if any) and proposing alternative courses of action needed to overcome delays.
