  • Leading and monitoring the entire SOW in the below mentioned projects in ManagerialMethodology and Technical prospect.
  • coordinating activities distributed between more than 10 contractors
  • direct supervision for the physically executed works as well as paper & documentation quality such as Progress reports, forecasts, trend, risk assessments, material selection criteria, contractual issues
  • Coordination between various client departments i.e. design, procurement, QA/AC, Personnel, warehouses, Top Management, Contracts. Etc.
  • Coordination and managing customer’s engagements and expectations accordingly in order to attain customer satisfaction and maintain Scope, time, quality, Cost as much as possible.
