Provide the major milestones to the sub-contractors based on Master Plan to prepare the Working Schedules.

Reviewing the Working Schedules for Façade & Elevators Works submitted by sub-contractors.

Arrange meetings with sub-contractors, design team and site construction staff to resolve the issues related to Façade & Elevators Works and the development of Baseline Schedule.

Prepare the Cash Flow histogram for forecast.

Produce S Curve & Resource Histogram (Manpower, Equipment, Cost).

Prepare the Earned Value Matrices and update the same for Earned Value Analysis.

Provide weekly, fortnightly & monthly look-ahead schedule to the site construction managers.

Prepare the Impacted Schedule (P6) for EOT claims.

Develop recovery plans & revise the plan on internal and client requirements.

Update the Master Schedule (P6) monthly & prepare monthly progress reports.
