  • Preparing progress tracking documents for the project controls group in Mexico
  • Developed P6 schedules for projects totaling $1.5b in scope
  • Conducted progress update meetings
  • Communicated with stakeholders on the current status of projects
  • Interfaced with all levels of management to provide what-if scenarios and risk assessment
  • Developed detailed schedules for preliminary engineering and project valuation
