Project Involvement

North Middlesex University Hospital (£150 Million)

The project included the construction of a state-of-the-art diagnostic centre, five inpatient wards, a 48-bed early emergency assessment unit, eight new operating theatres, a spacious outpatients ward and an Accident & Emergency department that has become the biggest in North London as well as a diagnostics unit featuring equipment such as Tessler MRI scanners, new CT scanners, ultrasound units and a new mammography unit.

 

Key Accountabilities

§  Work as part of the production team whilst also assessing the progress and project status liaising with the senior management

§  Ensuring the company procedures and planning standards are being implemented

§  Maintaining the companies database ensuring we remain current and competitive

§  Liaise with the wider planning community and technical department

§  Ensuring compliance with all QSE requirements

§  Planning preparation covering; design, procurement, enabling, construction, commissioning and hand over etc

§  Analyse project risks and propose mitigating actions

§  Managing planners
